Coaches,

Please make sure to read all the information below as it is very important to understand going into this weekend.

1.    You will all play a total of 2 seed games.  All age groups except HS will start elimination on Saturday, however no one will be eliminated on Saturday

2.    We did the best we could with scheduling requests, however we needed to play everyone fairly early to beat the late afternoon rains that are predicted.

3.    All groups will be split into Gold and Silver during seeding. You may enter a request of where you would like to play but remember it is only a request and not a guarantee. Ultimately, the site director has the decision on where to place you.  So if you are an older team that traditionally does well in our tournaments, and you decide to throw your seed games to get in Silver, we still might put you in Gold. Please play fairly!

4.    Addresses to all fields are located on the seeding schedules.

5.    1^st thru 3^rd place players win rings. 

6.    Should we run into weather issues at any of the complexes, we will communicate this to you via this tournament page. Updates will happen as they are given to us by the cities.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT, PROOF ON INSURANCE, AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
