Coaches,

Please make sure to read all the information below as it is very important to understand going into this weekend.

1.     You will all play a total of 4 seed games. Most everyone will play your 4^th seed game on Sunday unless there is an uneven bracket and then one team will play four games on Saturday and get to come in later on Sunday.

2.     We have to use two complexes this weekend due to the overwhelming response for the tournament. We had over 40 teams register which requires at least 7 fields. 10U and 12U will play in Dunedin both days and 14u and HS will play in Trinity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3.     HS will be split into gold and silver after seeding. You may enter a request of where you would like to play but remember it is only a request and not a guarantee. Ultimately the site director has the decision on where to place you so if you are an older team that traditionally does well in our tournaments, and you decide to throw your seed games to get in Silver, we still might put you in Gold. Please play fairly!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON WHICH STARTED AUGUST 1^ST.  DIRECTIONS ARE LOCATED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE. DOUBLE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR INSURANCE AS MANY POLICIES ALSO EXPIRED 8/1/23.  BOTH OF THESE ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME CAN START. YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR INSURANCE CERTIFICATE OR BRING A PAPER COPY SO WE CAN RECORD THE EXPIRATION DATE.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ELECTRONIC ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
