Coaches,

Please make sure to read all the information below as it is very important to understand going into this weekend.

1.    The schedule was extremely hard to make this weekend because of all the teams coming in from out of town with special requests as well as requests for other reasons from local teams. Because of this the 10U, 12U and HS will only play 2 seed games on Saturday and then finish their 3^rd seed game on Sunday before elimination. 

2.    Address to all fields are located on the schedule.

3.    Should we run into weather issues and any of the complexes, we will communicate this to you via the front tournament page. Updates will happen as they are given to us by the county.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON WHICH STARTED AUGUST 1^ST.  DIRECTIONS ARE LOCATED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE. DOUBLE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR INSURANCE AS MANY POLICIES ALSO EXPIRED 8/1/23.  BOTH OF THESE ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME CAN START. YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR INSURANCE CERTIFICATE OR BRING A PAPER COPY SO WE CAN RECORD THE EXPIRATION DATE.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ELECTRONIC ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
