Coaches,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we dealt with the inclement weather today. 12u and 14u in Clearwater will play their seed games at 1:15 minutes drop dead. Elimination games will be 1:15 finish the inning.

Please make sure to exit the dugout quickly once your game is over so that we may get the next game started as quick as possible. Thank you once again for playing in Michele Smith's Softball for Hearts which is her charity that supports newborn children that need heart transplants.

Coaches,

1.    You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game.

2.    All weather updates will be displayed on this page and only this page.

3.    Please make sure to pick up after your team before leaving the dugout and in the bleachers where your parents sit. Failure to do so will require us from banning you in playing in Madeira Beach per the city.

4.    10U - You will play both days in Madeira Beach. Your 3^rd seed game will be Sunday

5.    12U - The teams that played at Madeira on Saturday will stay at Madeira on Sunday.  The teams in Clearwater will play a 1 day (Sunday) tournament.

6.    14U - You will play both days at Eddie C Moore in Clearwater.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT, PROOF ON INSURANCE (MUST SHOW CERTIFICATE ON PAPER OR ELECTRONICALLY), AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
