IMPORTANT INFO

1.    You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game.

2.    All weather updates will be displayed on this page and only this page.

3.    Please make sure to pick up after your team before leaving the dugout and in the bleachers where your parents sit. Failure to do so will require us from banning you in playing in Madeira Beach per the city.

4.    10U- You will play both days in Trinity.

5.    12U- There are 17 of you in total. You will play at Roc Park in Madeira Beach both days. Some of you will play your third seed game on Sunday as we could not squeeze all the games in on Saturday and we didn't want to split the group into two complexes. On Sunday you will be split into Gold and Silver. 8 in Gold and 9 in Silver. You may request to be in either, but IT IS ONLY A REQUEST, NOT A GUARANTEE!!!

6.    14U - You will play both days in Trinity. 

7.    HS - You will play both days in Trinity.

8.    1^st and 2^nd place will win a Bownet Prize Pack.

9.    We will have a limited number of tournament t-shirts. If you are interested in purchasing one ahead of Saturday to secure your size and availability, please text Christy Randolph at (727) 348-7301  AFTER 9 AM THURSDAY with your last name, team name, age group and sizes you would like. Once we confirm those sizes are available, payment information will be sent.  Order is not complete until payment received.  We typically sell out prior to Saturday, so get your order in EARLY!  T-Shirt Design (on white shirt) is the same as the logo above.

COACHES:

ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2025) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  GO TO NSA.REGISTERPLAY.COM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, GO TO MY TEAMS AND THEN CREATE A TEAM.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SANCTION FEE OF $50 ONLINE. IF YOU ARE “PLAYING DOWN” IN AN AGE GROUP UNTIL 1/1/25, YOU MUST DO THE FALL ONLY SANCTION TO ALLOW YOUR OLDER PLAYERS TO BE ROSTERED.  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301 BY THURSDAY EVENING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR ROSTER.  EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT (CASH OR CHECK ONLY – NO CREDIT CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN), PROOF OF INSURANCE (MUST SHOW CERTIFICATE ON PAPER OR ELECTRONICALLY), AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
