IMPORTANT INFO FOR 10U, 14U and HS

1.   Due to the city of Tampa shutting down we have been forced to go to a 2/1 format so that we could squeeze everyone in the tournament that wanted to play and not cancel on anyone. Your entry fee will remain $550 because you are still playing for a scholarship in each age group. Your original format was a 3/1 so most of you will still get the total of 4 games played which is why the price stays the same. For the teams that do only get to play 3 games, you will get $100 back.

2.   You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. If you are not sanctioned go to nsa.registerplay.com.

      3) All weather updates will be displayed on this page and only this page. 

      4) Please make sure to pick up after your team before leaving the dugout and in the bleachers where your parents sit. Failure to do so will require us from banning you in playing in Bartow per the city.

      5) There will be a scholarship awarded in each age group. The player selected will be drawn from a random team. We will ask for volunteers to select the random player. This award will be in the form of a written check to the parent of the child to use for future school costs.

Your original format was a 3/1 so most of you will still get the total of 4 games played which is why the price stays the same. ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2025) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  GO TO NSA.REGISTERPLAY.COM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, GO TO MY TEAMS AND THEN CREATE A TEAM.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SANCTION FEE OF $50 ONLINE. IF YOU ARE “PLAYING DOWN” IN AN AGE GROUP UNTIL 1/1/25, YOU MUST DO THE FALL ONLY SANCTION TO ALLOW YOUR OLDER PLAYERS TO BE ROSTERED.  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301 BY THURSDAY EVENING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR ROSTER.  EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER.

 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT (CASH OR CHECK ONLY – NO CREDIT CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN), PROOF OF INSURANCE (MUST SHOW CERTIFICATE ON PAPER OR ELECTRONICALLY), AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.  ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
