IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS
1. Because of the size of this tournament and the number of teams that wanted to play, we were forced to get a second complex for Saturday. 10U and 12U will play at Christina Park on Saturday and 14U and HS will play at Auburndale on Saturday. Every age group will be at Christina Park in Lakeland on Sunday.
2. There were almost 50% of teams that needed special times this weekend because of rec games, travel distance and homecomings being made up from the storms. We appreciate your understanding with the scheduling and your cooperation in playing what has been given to you for game times.
3. There will be tournament shirts available. See below for more information.
4. You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game.
COSTUME CONTEST INFORMATION
1. You are permitted to wear your costumes on both days if you choose to. The costumes do not have to have numbers on them.
2. Please see your site director before your first game is played on Saturday so they can take a picture of your team.
3. Voting for the contest will begin on our Facebook Page once every team has checked in for the tournament and photos can be taken. The time for voting for each age group is as follows:
10U & 12U - 2:30pm - 5:30pm
14U & HS - 430pm - 7pm
The winners will be decided by the most likes your team receives on their specific photo on our Facebook Page. Please encourage all your friends and family to find our page ahead of time and to like it so they can vote. Please explain to them that all the pictures will be in 1 post and that is not where they vote. They must click on the specific picture in that post that they like the most and vote for that 1 picture.
PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST
1. The pumpkin carving contest will be judged on Sunday.
2. Each team that wants to participate must purchase their own pumpkin ahead of time and decorate it prior to coming to the fields on Sunday. Turn it into your site director and they will place it on a table under the concession awning for everyone to see.
3. Voting for the contest will begin on our Facebook Page once every team has arrived for their 1st elimination game on Sunday and photos can be taken. The time for voting for all the pumpkins will be 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
4. The winning pumpkin will be decided by the most likes a team receives on their specific photo on our Facebook Page. Please encourage all your friends and family to find our page ahead of time and to like it so they can vote. Please explain to them that all the pictures will be in 1 post and that is not where they vote. They must click on the specific picture in that post that they like the most and vote for that 1 picture.
COACHES:
ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2025) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND! GO TO NSA.REGISTERPLAY.COM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, GO TO MY TEAMS AND THEN CREATE A TEAM. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SANCTION FEE OF $50 ONLINE. IF YOU ARE “PLAYING DOWN” IN AN AGE GROUP UNTIL 1/1/25, YOU MUST DO THE FALL ONLY SANCTION TO ALLOW YOUR OLDER PLAYERS TO BE ROSTERED. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301 BY THURSDAY EVENING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR ROSTER. EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT (CASH OR CHECK ONLY – NO CREDIT CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN), PROOF OF INSURANCE (MUST SHOW CERTIFICATE ON PAPER OR ELECTRONICALLY), AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER. ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*PAPER SCOREBOOKS ARE REQUIRED.
*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS:
A limited number of tournament shirts will be available for this weekend. If you would like to pre-order and pay to make sure you get the size you need, please text your last name, team name, age division and order to Christy Randolph at (727) 348-7301. Once your order is received and we verify the sizes are available, you will be given information on how to pay electronically. Order will not be complete until payment is received. Shirts are white, short sleeved, dri-fit material and design can be seen at the top of this page. They are $27 each and we have sizes youth medium, youth large, youth x-large, adult small and adult medium. Your pre-ordered shirt can be picked up from the site director on Saturday.
