IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS  

THANK YOU FOR PLAYING IN THIS YEAR’S TOYS FOR TOTS TOURNAMENT!  PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING NEW, UNWRAPPED TOYS FOR THE FOSTER CHILDREN OF PINELLAS COUNTY SO THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO DO WITHOUT THIS HOLIDAY! DONATIONS CAN BE GIVEN TO THE SITE DIRECTOR AT EACH LOCATION.  YOUR GENEROSITY IS GREATELY APPRECIATED!

1.    Due to the number of teams that have entered this event, and the fact that Madeira Beach will not be ready to resume play this weeke nd, we are forced to start Saturday's games at 7:30am at Starkey Ranch and use Blackstone Park in Palmetto (8:00 am start). We need to play 10 rounds on Saturday for all teams to be able to participate, so that is why it is being done. Sunday will resume with an 8:00 am start. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the matter.

2.    We also found an emergency replacement for Madeira in New Tampa for Sunday. 

3.    Here is where each age group will play:

10U - Starkey Ranch both days

12U - Starkey Ranch on Saturday & New Tampa on Sunday

14U - Starkey Ranch both days

                HS - Blackstone Park in Palmetto both days.

4.    10U, 12U and 14u will play their 3^rd seed game on Sunday before elimination starts. HS will play all 3 on Saturday.

5.    All 1^st and 2^nd place players will be playing for the Wilson glove prize package. IF THE PLAYER IS NOT PRESENT AND PLAYING IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE A GLOVE.  

6.    There will be tournament shirts available for presale. If interested, please text Christy Randolph at (727) 348-7301 with your last name, team name, age division and size(s) needed.  Once we verify the sizes you are requesting are available, electronic payment information will be sent.  Sizes not guaranteed until payment is received.  Please order early as we will sell out!

7.    We have a very limited number of used game balls for sale in 11 inch and 12-inch sizes. You will get just over 2 dozen and a bucket to keep them in for the price of $40. If interested, please contact Pat directly at 727-409-9683.

8.    If you have not registered for States, please do so as there are only 5 total spots left in the entire tournament.

9.    The last tournament of the year is a 1 day on December 21st. We have teams in every age group and there are 6 total spots left in that tournament. Santa will be there to take pictures and say hello and there will be giveaways all day long to the players and coaches.

COACHES:

ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2025) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  GO TO NSA.REGISTERPLAY.COM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, GO TO MY TEAMS AND THEN CREATE A TEAM.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SANCTION FEE OF $50 ONLINE. IF YOU ARE “PLAYING DOWN” IN AN AGE GROUP UNTIL 1/1/25, YOU MUST DO THE FALL ONLY SANCTION TO ALLOW YOUR OLDER PLAYERS TO BE ROSTERED.  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301 BY THURSDAY EVENING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR ROSTER.  EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT (CASH OR CHECK ONLY – NO CREDIT CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN), PROOF OF INSURANCE (MUST SHOW CERTIFICATE ON PAPER OR ELECTRONICALLY), AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.  ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
