2025 NSA BLING IN THE FALL - RING EVENT - 3/1 FORMAT!!

Please read all of the messages below:

IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS  

1.     You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. 

2.     All weather updates will be posted on this site and page.

3.     Due to the overwhelming requests this weekend (over 60% of the teams had requests) because of homecomings, little league/rec ball commitments, middle school sports programs, etc. we are forced to change the format to a 4 game guarantee not a 5 game guarantee. There was absolutely no way to keep it to 4 seed games because over half of the teams couldn't play their third game because of time constraints and the large amount of teams entered. Entry fee will go from $595 to $575.

4.     Below are details about your specific age group.

10U - Will play a 3/1 format. Two seed games on Saturday and a third on Sunday prior to elimination. 10U will play in Dunedin on Sunday.

12U - Will play a 3/1 format. Two seed games on Saturday and a third on Sunday prior to elimination. 12U will play at Starkey Ranch both days.

14U - Will play a 3/1 format. Two seed games on Saturday and a third on Sunday prior to elimination. 14U will play in Dunedin on Sunday.

HS - Will play a 2/2 modified elimination format which means no "if" game. HS will play at Starkey Ranch both days.

12U and 14U will be split into Gold and Silver on Sunday. If you would like to request Gold or Silver, you may do so at check-in on Saturday but please remember it is only a REQUEST not a GUARANTEE.

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
