T-SHIRTS

There will be a limited number of tournament shirts available. They will be sold at both sites by the site directors.  The shirts are $27.00, and the logo is here on this page.  Sizes available are youth medium, youth large, youth extra-large, adult small, adult medium, adult large & adult extra-large.   To pre-order you may text Christy at (727) 348-7301.  Please include your last name, team name, age division and shirt size(s).  Please be advised that we have sold out of shirts the last two tournaments on Saturday, so if you hope to get a certain size, you should pre-order.

FIELD LOCATIONS & GAME FORMATS:

10U - You are playing a 2/2 format. Your entry fee is $595 and you will be playing for rings for 1st/2nd place since you did not meet the minimum requirement of teams to qualify for the glove prize.  You will be in Madeira Beach both days.

12U - There are 15 of you in this 2/2 format which is a ton of games. We will play some bracket play on Saturday after seeding but no one will be eliminated on Saturday. Because of the number of games that need to be played and the field space to do so, you will play Sunday in Dunedin. We appreciate your understanding with the scheduling and your cooperation in playing what has been given to you for game times. Your entry fee is $625.00 and 1st/2nd place win gloves.

14U - There were almost 50% of teams that needed special times this weekend for various reasons. Because of this your format will be 3/1 instead of 2/2. Your third seed game will be played on Sunday before the first round of elimination. We appreciate your understanding with the scheduling and your cooperation in playing what has been given to you for game times. Your entry fee is $625.00 1st/2nd place win gloves.  You will be in Madeira Beach both days.

HS - You are playing a 2/2 format. Your entry fee is $595 and you will be playing for rings for 1st/2nd place since you did not meet the minimum requirement of teams to qualify for glove prizes. Your elimination will start on Sunday, and you will be at Starkey Ranch both days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*YOU MAY ONLY HAVE ONE SET OF TWINS IN THE LINE-UP.

*IN DOUBLE ELIMINATION, ONCE IN THE LOSER’S BRACKET, TEAMS FLIP FOR CHOICE OF HOME OR VISITORS (HIGHER SEED GETS CHOICE IN WINNER’S BRACKET)
