2026 NSA SUPER BOWL SHOWDOWN - 2/2 FORMAT - EVERYONE WILL BE DONE FOR THE BIG GAME!!

Please read all of the messages below.

1.    Please be prepared for Saturday to be a very long day. Every age group will start the winner's bracket of the double elimination after seeding is done. In order to keep our promise of getting everyone home in time for the game on Sunday we must play as much of the winner's bracket as we can on Saturday. No one will be eliminated on Saturday! Everyone will still play on Sunday. 

2.    10U and 12U will be split into gold and silver for elimination.

3.    This will be the first weekend to start collecting certificates for this year's World Series. Every team will be given a certificate at check-in and then 1^st and 2^nd place will also receive additional coupons/certificates. The way the certificates work: every tournament you will be given a $15 certificate towards the reduction of the world series entry fee. If you come in 1^st or 2^nd place you will receive an additional $25 certificate. Start making your plans to play in this year’s World Series now! The dates are July 15th-18th in Clearwater, Madeira Beach and Dunedin.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*PAPER SCOREBOOKS ARE REQUIRED.

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.

*ONLY ONE SET OF TWINS IN THE LINE UP IS PERMITTED.
